ABOUT THE BURLINGTON HOLIDAY MARKET

The Burlington Holiday Market was established in 2021 to celebrate the holiday spirit in the heart of the city, downtown Burlington. In December of 2021, this first annual event made a triumphant launch, following one of the tumultuous 21-months our province had seen. More than 15,000 revelers participated in the sights and sounds of the first annual Burlington Holiday Market and supported the revitalization of the downtime, just in time for the holiday season.
This coming December 8 – 11, the Burlington Holiday Market will once again bring the community back
together and transform downtown Burlington into a strolling, holiday wonderland with something to delight even the most discerning of tastes and fun for all ages. Building on a tradition of bringing the community together, the Market welcomes residents, families and visitors from around the Halton and Hamilton region to come and experience a celebration of the season.
The Burlington Holiday Market takes inspiration from European Christmas markets and infuses a flair of Canadiana to deliver a unique and imaginative immersive experience across the four days.
